Non-Profit Donation Request Form
Serving is an important role Fun Times Party Rental plays in our community. From donating our time to donating inflatables. Please read thru the requirements below and see if we are a fit for you:
1. In order to properly plan for your event, please submit requests at lease 60 days in advance.
2. Fun Times Party Rental reserves the right to choose which type and specific unit best fits your needs. We do make every possible attempt to work within your requests.
3. Fun TImes Party Rentals cannot guarantee you annual donations. We attempt to work with as many organizations as possible and this could potentially limit your donations annually.
4. Your tax-exempt certificate number (501(c)3) is required for our records for each request submitted. Unfortunately, if you don't supply your tax exemption number/form we are not able to support your donation request.
5. At least one attendant (over 18 years of age) per each inflatable is required. Unfortunately, we cannot donate an attendant to supervise the safety of your inflatable riders. If we determine that an attendant is not present at ALL TIMES supervising the inflatable ride, we will immediately cancel the donation, and or shut down the ride if it is already setup.
6. We reserve the right to cancel any inflatable donation due to weather concerns.
